Uland & Son is a specialized transportation carrier service that has been hauling oversize and overweight equipment for over 30 years. We have maintained an excellent safety service record over the years, as well as prided ourselves on completing projects in timely manner. Based out of Southern Indiana, Uland & Son provides service to the entire Midwest, Upper Midwest, South, Southeast, and Central United States. We also provide service within the Eastern United States to include most of the major shipping ports along the Eastern Seaboard.

With a fleet of 4 tractors and 11 different trailers, we specialize in transporting oversized and overweight equipment and material for Agriculture, Commercial, Construction, Logging, Infrastructure, and Mining/Quarry Industries. We have the means and the capacity to transport up to 200,000 lbs. All Oversize/Overweight moves are subject to jurisdictional approval. Permit approvals and/or routes are delivered by State/County/Municipality and are purchased by and issued to Uland & Son Heavy Equipment Transporting Inc.

Most state Motor Carrier regulations require civilian escorts/pilot car operators for loads over certain dimensions or weight. Uland & Son escorts/pilot car operators are trained and certified ensuring our driver and your equipment arrive safely.
